• Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

  • Savya Jewels Pvt. Ltd. is committed to ensuring complete customer satisfaction while maintaining transparency and fairness. As we deal in high-value precious jewellery, our policies are designed to protect both the customer and the integrity of our craftsmanship.

  • 1. Return Policy (Store Purchases Only)

  • Jewellery once sold is generally not eligible for return. A return will be considered only in the case of a genuine manufacturing defect.

  • Management reserves the right to inspect and validate the issue before accepting a return.

  • All return requests are subject to inspection and validation by our management and technical team. Savya Jewels reserves the right to accept or reject a return request based on the outcome of this inspection.

  • 2. Exchange Policy

  • Savya Jewels offers an exchange facility on eligible diamond jewellery as per the store’s prevailing exchange policy. The value of gold will be calculated based on the current market rate at the time of exchange.Making charges, GST, certification charges, and other incidental costs are non-refundable and non-adjustable during exchange. Any price difference between the exchanged jewellery and the new selection must be settled accordingly.Exchange eligibility and terms may vary depending on the product category and condition of the jewellery.

  • 3. Refund Policy

    • Refunds are offered strictly under limited circumstances. These include cases where a manufacturing defect is confirmed by our technical team or in the rare instance of an incorrect product being delivered.

    • Approved refunds are processed through the original mode of payment and are typically completed within seven to fourteen business days from the date of approval.

    • Refunds are not applicable in cases of customer-inflicted damage, normal wear and tear, customized or personalized jewellery, special or bulk orders, or jewellery that has been altered after purchase, including resizing or engraving.

  • 4. Custom-Made Jewellery

  • Custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order jewellery is crafted specifically based on customer preferences. Such jewellery is not eligible for return, exchange, or refund under any circumstances, except where a defect is identified at the time of delivery.

  • 5. Cancellation Policy

  • As Savya Jewels does not operate an online checkout system, cancellation requests apply only to orders placed in-store or through WhatsApp or other direct communication channels.Orders may be cancelled only before the production process has begun. Once manufacturing, sourcing, or customization has started, cancellation is not permitted.

  • 6. Policy Discretion

  • Savya Jewels Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice. All decisions regarding returns, exchanges, refunds, and cancellations are final and made at the sole discretion of management.
